Race I.T. Software

Version 2.2.1 - 2/20/2001  Save multiple setups for each race.  Add a new setup for each pit stop or red flag change. This version will allow even more setup information to be saved.

Version 2.1.1 - 12/15/2000 New Intelligent Setup software.  Based on data that you enter over time the software will become increasingly more intelligent on suggesting setups.  If you go to a new track and need a suggestion for setup, just answer a few questions and the software will suggest a setup.  The suggestions are based on your successes, your car, your data, so it can't help but make you faster.  Recurring Maintenance scheduling.  Now when you enter maintenance for a part you can designate for that maintenance to be on-going.  You can schedule the maintenance for so many days, weeks or months.  Or maybe better yet, you can schedule it on how many events you want the part to be used in before doing maintenance on it, or how many miles or laps that the part is to be used for before cutting a maintenance ticket .  Imagine entering the maintenance and telling the software that after the part is used in so many events or for so many laps/miles, to schedule maintenance on that part, automatically.  You will no longer have to remember how many shows/laps/miles are on a part.  The software keeps track of all historical part usage information.  Race evaluator.  At the push of a button you gain access to valuable race evaluation software.  How did my lap times for this race compare to lap times previously ran at this track?  How do my tire temperatures compare to other races at this track?  Reports, reports, reports: parts usage, setup reports, driver/car accomplishments, and many more.

Version 1.1.7 - 7/2/2000 Added multi-car lap timer.  You can now time up to 4 cars at the same time.  As you push the timer buttons, the lap times for each car will be displayed.  You will also see an average lap time for each car as well as a combined average for all cars.  Push (y)ellow or (r)ed will give you the option to backup 1 lap.  Gives you a count of the number of yellows and reds.  Also tells you the order the cars crossed the timing line for each lap.  You can look at a graph comparing timed cars lap times.  Assign car numbers to the display.  So instead of them showing on your screen as cars 1, 2, 3, 4 you can see the actual car number.

Version 1.1.6 - 4/20/2000 Added weights worksheet.  A worksheet to calculate corner, side and cross weights.  Also calculates weight changes required to achieve required percentages.  Also first version to allow upgrade from previous versions.

Version 1.1.5 - 1/1/2000  This is the initial version of the Race I.T. Software.
